What deployment models does AGW support?
AGW supports three deployment architectures to accommodate varying IT infrastructure requirements:

The appropriate architecture is determined collaboratively during the audit phase, based on the customer's operational, security, and scalability requirements.

Licensing and Pricing
How is AGW licensed?
AGW is licensed on a subscription basis, priced per station, per module.
A station is a single point where AGW executes logic and interacts with manufacturing data — either operator-facing (computers, tablets, mobile terminals, or HMIs) or headless nodes that process data and communicate with connected systems without a human interface.
A module represents one of the eight functional capability sets within the platform.
How is the total monthly cost calculated?
The monthly subscription is calculated as: Stations × Modules × Per-Station/Module Rate. The modular structure means you start with what you need and scale investment incrementally as operational value is demonstrated.
Per-Station/Module Rate is a volume-tiered fee applied per active station and module combination — the larger the deployment, the lower the rate.
Are implementation and customization services included in the license?
System implementation, setup, and customization services are project-based engagements priced separately from the software subscription. The scope and cost of implementation services are defined following the pre-project audit, where OLSOM assesses the customer's current processes, systems, and integration requirements.

OLSOM offers two levels of post-implementation support:
- Standard Support (8/5) — included in the base software subscription at no additional charge, covering business-hours access to the OLSOM support team.
- Premium Support (24/7) — available as an add-on at 20% of the software list price, providing round-the-clock support coverage for operations running continuous or multi-shift production schedules.
What training programs are available for AGW?
OLSOM provides a structured four-level training program — from shop floor operators through to advanced system administrators — delivered via instructor-led sessions, reference documentation, and instructional video content.
